About SPM Law

We specialize in divorces, child custody and support matters, marital separation agreements, modification and enforcements matters, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, consent adoptions, and related family law issues.

We serve clients throughout the largest jurisdictions in Maryland – Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford County, Howard County, and Montgomery County. As each client and case is unique, please contact us if your county is not listed here.

As a minority woman-owned boutique firm, we prioritize personalized attention and genuine relationships over billable hours. Our approach is intentionally unconventional—we focus on creating a warm, supportive environment during what are often the most vulnerable moments in our clients’ lives

Getting Started

Contact our Intake Specialist, Kaylin Marsden, who will guide you through the process and ensure you feel welcomed from your very first interaction with our team.

Our team will help identify and inform you of any specific documents to bring to your initial session. First and foremost, we ask that you bring a list of any and all questions, any relevant documents such as financial records – current bank statements, paystubs, retirement statements and anything related to assets and liabilities, existing court orders, or settlement offers. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything—we’ll help you identify what’s needed.

Snehal spends 60 – 90 minutes crafting a personalized strategy for your case, for her time she requires a flat fee of $300.

We understand that family legal matters can create financial strain. We offer a PayLater option through LawPay – a process that assists our clients in obtaining credit so they are not unduly burdened by financial constraints.
